LOCTITE 3090 - is a 2-component, fast-curing, gap-filling adhesive with excellent adhesion characteristics, making it suitable for a variety of surfaces, including plastics, rubber and metals. Intended for joining parts where the gaps to be glued are variable or unclear up to 5 mm, or when excess adhesive must be completely cured. The gel consistency prevents the adhesive from flowing even from vertical surfaces. Also suitable for bonding porous materials such as wood, paper, leather and fabrics.

Two-component, fast-drying adhesive – combines fast adhesion and gap-filling capabilities.
Gap filling – can fill gaps up to 5 mm.
Fast curing – hardens in 90-150 seconds.
Excellent adhesion – suitable for rubber, porous and acidic surfaces.
Material compatibility – can bond plastic, metal and polyolefin (with LOCTITE 770 or LOCTITE 7239 primer).
Convenient use – syringe-type packaging ensures precise and reliable adhesive application.

-Hardening time: 90–150 sec.: 90 – 150 sec.
-Excellent for rubber and porous and/or acidic surfaces
-Suitable for plastic, metal and polyolefin when used in conjunction with LOCTITE 770 or LOCTITE 7239 primer

Easy to use:
-Convenient syringe device: The innovative dispensing syringe ensures precise and reliable application of the adhesive and ensures the correct mixing ratio.

Instructions for use:
1. The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and free of grease. Clean all surfaces with Loctite® cleaning solvent and allow to dry.
2. Parts A and B of the adhesive must be mixed. The product can be used directly from the dual cartridge by squeezing through the provided mixer. Discard the first 1-2 cm of squeezed adhesive.
3. Squeeze the mixed adhesive onto one of the mating surfaces. Do not use a sticky material such as a cloth or brush to spread the adhesive. Assemble the parts within seconds. The parts must be positioned precisely, as the short setting time leaves little room for adjustment later.
4. The surfaces to be bonded must be held compressed or clamped until the adhesive has set.
5. Allow the adhesive to dry before applying service loads (usually 24 hours).
