Installation kit (7") for the Mercedes Vito (447) model year 2014 and newer. This kit comes with all required installation parts such as USB / AUX port adapter, wiring harness, CAN bus interface, installation brackets, antenna adapter with phantom feed , power quadlock adapter and trim panel.
This makes installation much easier and allows use of the steering wheel control buttons and vehicle information display with your Alpine product.
The KIT-702-447, combined with the new INE-W720D / INE-W720DC / INE-W710D / INE-W710DC / iLX-705D / iLX-702D, offers cutting edge navigation, paired with DAB+, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. INE-W720D / INE-W720DC / INE-W710D / INE-W710DC also supports turn-by-turn arrow guidance in the multi-function display.
Supports basic functions of original Steering Wheel Control Buttons
The Alpine system is connected to your steering wheel control buttons. This means you do not lose this convenient feature when upgrading to Alpine and you will have control over volume, phone (hook on/off), audio track forward/backward and many other commands. You can even activate the voice assistant of your connected smartphone.
Connect Your Driver Information Display
The driver information display in the instrument cluster connects to the Alpine system and can display radio station names, song titles and artist information, caller names, navigation turn-by-turn arrows (if supported) and much more.

Compatible Cars
If the car was not equipped with a navigation system, the navigation screen of the MFD needs to be enabled by a Mercedes partner.
Vehicles with original radio and E-Call system: The E-Call system remains functional - an E-Call adaptation to avoid error messages is required (vehicles with radio preparation will not encounter this problem).
Vehicles with original Garmin OEM radio 30/40: The original rear view camera is not supported!
