    S-series amplifiers are available in mono, 4-channel and 5-channel configurations.

    Three new S-series amplifiers with reliable performance, complements the S series family of products, known for their high quality and competitive prices. All three S-series amplifiers (mono, 4-channel and 5-channel) feature technologies currently implemented in the R and X-series models. S Series amplifiers are attractively priced and perfectly matched to existing S Series speakers.

    Fully digital solutions

    Compact and powerful: the new digital amplification circuit allows you to achieve high power while maintaining a small size. The S-A55V measures just 286mm wide x 204mm long for easy installation in almost any vehicle .

    Temperature protection

    Together with Alpine's new advanced amplifier platform, new S series amplifiers features an improved cooling system and protection circuit that eliminates amplifier shutdown due to overheating for reliable music playback.

    All wiring terminals - on one side

    For more convenient installation, all power and speaker wire connection terminals are located on one side of the amplifier.

    Low/high level signal inputs

    You can connect both low (line) and high (speaker) level input signals to the 5-channel RCA inputs. This allows you to easily connect the S-A55V directly to your original car stereo, regardless of your stereo's output power (RCA connectors with open cable wires are sold separately).

    Control the subwoofer

    You can connect RUX-KNOB2 remote subwoofer control (sold separately) to the S-A55V to control the subwoofer level (applies to channel 5 when using a subwoofer).

    Low/high pass filters

    With this filter you can assign an amplifier channel (pair) to a speaker or subwoofer. You can then adjust the filter cutoff frequency more precisely.
