Over five decades, we have honed our skills in creating great-sounding and comfortable headphones that you'll want to listen to without stopping. These headphones use unique FreeEdge drivers that reproduce sound with precision and minimal distortion. The drivers are housed in vibration-damping baffles and housed in real walnut cabinets, which adds warmth and life to the sound. A detachable 7N oxygen-free copper cable ensures the best possible signal transmission. The headband is made of die-cast aluminum, covered in sheepskin. The ear cushions are made of memory foam and covered with a very soft artificial leather, extracted specifically for the AH-D7200. Every part of this uncompromising design is selected to deliver the highest sound quality, comfort, and a unique listening experience.

Extremely high-quality connector

Detachable 7N oxygen-free copper cable, manufactured in Japan to Denon's exacting specifications, ensures the best possible signal transmission. Sturdy metal ferrules with decorative copper rings ensure a comfortable connection.

Unique FreeEdge speaker technology

At the heart of the AH-D7200 are 50mm FreeEdge speaker cones made from nano-fiber, chosen for its strength and light weight. This delivers a precisely accurate, distortion-free sound. And the walnut cabinet was chosen for its natural sound-damping properties, helping to eliminate unwanted resonances. A soft, compliant material is used to mount the cone to the cabinet, allowing the cone to move easily without bending or distorting the sound.

Real wood body

The beautiful natural walnut cabinets enhance the listening experience. They are solid and have damping properties that eliminate unwanted vibrations and allow for highly detailed sound reproduction that creates a musical, warm listening experience similar to that of a concert hall.

Convenience

The frame is made of cast aluminum and optimized for comfort. The cushions are made of memory foam that adapts to the shape of your head and are covered in an ultra-soft synthetic leather, specially developed for the AH-D7200 headphones. Every part of this uncompromising design has been selected to achieve the highest sound quality, comfort and a unique listening experience.

Regulation

To accommodate a variety of head sizes, the adjustable headband uses ball bearings with fixed positions. The numbered positions help you quickly and accurately determine the best size for you.

Luxurious finish

The upper part of the frame is decorated with natural sheepskin for a luxurious feel. The inner part is covered with artificial leather for maximum comfort and durability.
