The result: a top-class amplifier and a truly high-end statement. After a long period of research and development, aiming to combine innovative technologies and an extremely meticulous manufacturing process, it was combined with our love for music as a driving force, the BRAX MX2 is undoubtedly the most powerful and simply – the best-sounding 4-channel amplifier this side of Mars!
Regarding the clean design and sophisticated circuit board layout of the MX2 amplifier, we deliberately omitted crossover and filtering functions. Short signal paths, combined with selected "Made in Germany" components, ensure an impeccable listening experience and emphasize the purist high-end philosophy behind the BRAX MX2.
To completely eliminate power differences and manufacturing tolerances, we only use hand-selected transistors for every MX2 amplifier. In addition to power, voltage, and resistance tests, we inspect them in over 300 categories to ensure that every transistor will be perfectly matched technically. This way, BRAX amplifiers have gained global status by producing the best reference amplifiers available. For ultimate perfection, Audiotec Fischer is the only manufacturer of audiophile products in the world that conducts this comprehensive and time-consuming manual selection process for its components. Of course, all instruments we need for testing are developed in-house, this is very important to us!
Two perfectly matched power supply systems for positive and negative voltage supply ensure infinitely stable power output. The amplifier's maximum power remains stable, regardless of impedance, whether it's 4, 2, or even 1 Ohm. To control voltage fluctuations, an external power stabilizer can be directly connected.
