In terms of the clean design of the MX2 amplifier and the sophisticated board layout, we have deliberately omitted crossover and filtering functions. Short signal paths, combined with selected "Made in Germany" components, ensure an impeccable listening experience and emphasize the purist high-end philosophy behind the BRAX MX2. To completely eliminate power differences and manufacturing tolerances, we use only hand-selected transistors for every MX2 amplifier. In addition to power, voltage, and impedance tests, we check them in over 300 categories to ensure that each transistor is perfectly matched technically. This way, BRAX amplifiers have gained worldwide status by producing the best reference amplifiers available. For ultimate perfection, Audiotec Fischer is the only audiophile product manufacturer in the world that carries out this comprehensive and time-consuming manual selection process for its components. Of course, all the instruments we need for testing are developed in-house, which is very important to us! Two perfectly matched power supply systems for positive and negative voltage supply ensure an endlessly stable power output. The amplifier's maximum power remains stable regardless of impedance, whether it's 4, 2, or even 1 Ohm. To control voltage fluctuations, an external power stabilizer can be directly connected.
