The NOX4 and NOX4 DSP are the results of outstanding achievements as well as true high-end statements. An extensive period of research and development, innovative technologies and extremely careful manufacturing, combined with a love for music as the driving force, make the BRAX NOX undeniably the best sounding 4-channel amplifier in the world. With regard to the straight design of the NOX amplifiers and the sophisticated board layout, we developed two different models. The NOX4 has been designed without crossover and filter sections. The short signal paths in combination with selected components “Made in Germany” guarantee an immaculate listening pleasure and underline the puristic high-end philosophy according to which BRAX has been developed. The extended version NOX4 DSP provides a wide range of adjustment possibilities due to the integrated 6-channel Audio-DSP. It enables not only the configuration of the four internal channels but also two line outputs. In order to entirely eliminate differences in power and manufacturing tolerances, we only use hand-selected transistors for the production of every single NOX amplifier. With regard to power, voltage and impedance data, we select them in more than 300 categories. So all transistors are perfectly matched in technical parameters. In this way, our BRAX amplifiers achieve their worldwide reference status. The switching power supply of the BRAX NOX4 is a combination of modern technology and carefully selected components. In order to control voltage fluctuations, an external power stabilizer can be connected directly to the power supply. Furthermore, the solid and gold-plated terminals for cables up to 50 mm² additionally contribute to an ideal power supply of the BRAX NOX amplifiers.
