HELIX CFMK200 POR.7 (FDM)
FlexMount is our patented mounting system, based on specially developed adapter rings.
These adapters convert your universal 8″ / 200 mm HELIX COMPOSE woofer with FlexMount200 technology into a vehicle-specific loudspeaker, allowing for easy and acoustically optimized installation in the vehicle’s original mounting location.
The adapters are produced in our factory using state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing. The special material used is perfectly suited for automotive applications and offers exceptionally high strength and rigidity. Thanks to its special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are extremely resistant to weathering, UV radiation, oils and greases. In addition, they cover an extremely wide automotive temperature range from -40° C to over +90° C, which guarantees durability and dimensional stability even under the most demanding conditions.
