CTK Standard Professional is a modern, technologically advanced material that absorbs low-frequency vibrations. It is available as a self-adhesive mat made of butyl rubber composite and specialized polymer additives. The outer layer is an extruded aluminum foil, 100 micrometers (0.1 mm) thick, which reinforces and mechanically protects the damping material and improves its acoustic properties. Thanks to the specially selected butyl rubber composite, high elasticity, moderate weight, and improved adhesive properties (adhesion to the surface increases over time), this material maintains high vibration damping efficiency compared to similar materials with greater thickness and weight. CTK Standard Professional vibro-acoustic mats are designed for more demanding customers who value high quality, efficiency, and comfort at an affordable price. The mats are intended for effective damping of noise, vibrations, and resonance in acoustic elements of car body and upholstery (doors, floors, roof, trunk, hood, wheel arches, plastic parts, upholstery elements, etc.). They can also be used indoors to dampen noise from computers, air conditioners, RTV, and household appliances. The product is non-toxic, odorless, waterproof, does not absorb moisture, and does not degrade when exposed to weather conditions. It has anti-corrosion and sealing properties. Due to its high mechanical loss factor (MLF) and moderate weight, CTK Standard Professional damping mats are among the most effective anti-vibration materials for reducing vibration and car noise in their price segment.
