The DD Audio 2518c is an 18-inch subwoofer from the 2500 series. The product images show a 10-inch DD Audio 2510c. The 2500 series subwoofers feature all of DD's own innovations and technical solutions. Assembly takes place by hand at their own factory in the USA. The result is a subwoofer whose performance is excellent for its price range. The DD Audio 2500 series is a genuine DD subwoofer that plays loud, sounds good, and withstands years of heavy use. DD Audio recommends about one month of break-in for all its subwoofers. A new subwoofer should never be played at full volume; instead, allow its suspensions to soften during break-in with more moderate use. During break-in, the sound continuously improves, and performance also increases in terms of sound pressure.
