D Class Coaxial speakers are high-tech, high-definition speakers designed for listeners who want to go well beyond the standard factory upgrade.

Woofer:

For the D Class speakers, our focus on sound quality started with precision motor assemblies. Machined magnetic gaps driven by high energy strontium magnets provide strong output from a compact design. We also incorporated distortion reducing copper shorting rings to control flux modulation and inductance. Cones are constructed of a robust fiber with an acoustic treatment applied to the front, reducing cone cry and providing water/moisture resistance. The compressed rubber surrounds are ultra-durable and optimized for light weight to maximize sensitivity.

Tweeter:

The D Class Coaxial’s tweeter is our neodymium motor driven T2 25mm ultra-light diaphragm tweeter. Its diaphragm is less than 0.003 of an inch thick, which is almost nothing mm. The patent dome fabric is so thin it’s virtually translucent, well, it actually is translucent. The ultra-light dome is coupled to a low-distortion neodymium motor. We also used a high-tolerance mylar capacitor for the integrated high pass filter allowing the T2 tweeter to effortlessly output crystal clear highs.
