E-class 6.5 components are excellent for listeners looking to instantly take their system from factory to fantastic. This 2-way set offers high-end features and exceptional sound that rivals much more expensive component sets.
Woofer:
The 6.5-inch woofer features an injection-molded poly cone, rubber surround, and a robust steel frame. To reduce inductance, extend high-frequency damping, and increase efficiency, the voice coils have a dual gap design, and the motor uses a copper pole cap. The soft parts are driven by a high-flux 11 Oz ferrite magnet motor.
Tweeter:
The 20mm silk dome tweeter comes with flush-mount and surface-mount solutions.
Crossover:
The crossover networks are constructed with premium components, including mylar capacitors, segmented air-core inductors, and polymer fuses for tweeter protection. Two selectable tweeter levels are provided, allowing for precise adjustment of high-frequency levels.
