The front baffles of the new DD Audio LE-300 series enclosures are made of plywood, and the subwoofers are from the 300e-series (The subwoofer is a 312e-D2)

This new generation of DD enclosures delivers incredible sound quality, output level, speaker protection, and great looks. These loaded enclosures are tuned to allow even the most demanding bass tracks to engulf the vehicle, while transients are sharp and powerful, playing a bandwidth that covers electronic lows to acoustic string instruments.

New LE features include a full metal grille cover to protect your investment from cargo mishaps. The large DD-tuned rectangular port is side-mounted to ensure optimal acoustic loading throughout the power range.
