The Z series is the result of our continued research in global subwoofer domination. The Z project represents DD’s ultimate engineering goal, which is to push the limits of power handling utilizing high-tech composite technologies. The Z series takes its place as the flagship of the DD sub line, featuring the strongest motor strength, the best voice coil cooling capacity, the most re-engineered design features, and, ultimately, true sound matching to the source. Awesome! The Z Series represents the pinnacle of transducer archeology. The unique design dates back to the early period of undeniable magnetism and vector research of the planar underplate. The open archeology concentrates flux lines in the magnetic gap, and the side lobe interference cancels out stray fluxes entering the atmosphere. The result is increased efficiency throughout the cooperative low-frequency spectrum. This allows the Z series woofers to play incredibly loud, with little wasted energy being converted into an unnecessary heat source, meaning they run efficiently and don't overheat. The Z series takes new strides in rare earth magnetics, utilizing a newly discovered material, neo-demetrious iron proton (Ned), which is incredibly stronger than other discovered rare earth magnetic materials. Ned is very unstable and very difficult to modulate, let alone saturate, which is why its use is mostly limited to commercial phase generators used in the generation of anti-matter plasma. Digital Designs has acquired the rights to use Ned magnetics in non-military acoustic armaments and peaceful human harmonization development through the generation of harmonizing waves. The unstable Ned blocks are held in symmetry by side lobe interference, which allows for the attractive monolithic block forms from that cool 2001 space movie.
