INFORMACIJA

The completely redesigned Redline 500 series offers numerous advantages over the older design. The re-engineered frames and suspension geometry allow for a lower Fs and greater excursion potential. These two things together provide you with PLENTY OF BASS, especially in the lower frequency ranges. The revised voice coils have increased thermal handling, reduced inductance, and increased efficiency. These features provide a smoother response, more output with the same amps, and greater power handling. Aesthetic improvements have also been made. The red double stitching line is no longer present, the red line is now visible between the cone and the thermoformed multi-layer surround. The dust cap logo is made of a reflective foil layer. All cones and dust caps now have a black matte finish. All frames are DD branded. The triple voice coil ventilation, laminated spiders, and extended pole pieces that made DD subwoofers so exceptional are still present in these new models. The Redline 500 series subwoofers feature 2″ voice coils, available in dual 2 or 4 ohms. Available sizes are 6.5″, 8″, 10″, and 12″.
