INFORMACIJA

The completely revamped Redline 500 series offers a host of advantages over the older design. Redesigned frames and suspension geometry allow for lower Fs and greater excursion potential. These two things together give you PLENTY OF BASS, especially in the lower frequency bands. Revised voice coils feature increased thermal management, reduced inductance, and increased efficiency. These features provide smoother response, more output with the same amplifiers, and higher power handling. Aesthetic improvements have also been made. The red double stitching line is gone; the red line is now visible between the cone and the thermoformed multi-layer surround. The dust cap logo is made of a reflective foil layer. All cones and dust caps now have a black matte finish. All frames feature DD branding. Triple voice coil ventilation, laminated spiders, and extended pole pieces, which made DD subwoofers so exceptional, are still present in these new models. Redline 500 series subwoofers feature 2″ voice coils, available in dual 2 or 4 ohms. Available sizes are 6.5″, 8″, 10″, and 12″.
