The DRA-800H Hi-Fi network receiver-amplifier is specially designed to meet your two-channel system needs. Featuring a custom discrete high-current power amplifier, symmetrical design and OFC (oxygen-free copper) winding power transformer, the DRA-800H delivers maximum performance and 100W of power per channel (8 ohm, 20Hz - 20kHz, THD: 0). Thanks to its low impedance, the DRA-800H offers greater stability for both floorstanding and bookshelf speakers. An automatic ECO mode helps reduce power consumption without sacrificing sound quality.

QUALITY AUDIO TUNING

Denon audio engineers use carefully selected Hi-Fi audio components, including custom resistors and audio-level capacitors, to fine-tune the stereo receiver. Based on amplifier design principles proven over many years, the DRA-800H features a symmetrical component layout, dual D/A converter circuitry, and analog preamplifier circuits that do not interfere with the power supply. A dedicated circuit with short and direct signal paths between the power supply, signal, and amplification ensures that the speakers reproduce only high-quality and accurate sound.

The DRA-800H features AKM 32-bit D/A converters and features high-resolution audio decoding: ALAC, FLAC and WAV up to 24-bit/196 kHz. It is also compatible with 2.8/5.6-MHz DSD files (DSD is the audio encoding format for SACD). Play them from USB storage or via network sources. The DRA-800H also supports other file types such as MP3 and WMA.
