FOUR Connect ring terminals feature a high-quality shrink tubing as an insulator, rather than conventional rubber or plastic sleeves. Shrink tubing provides better protection against oxidation for the connection than loose plastic or rubber sleeves. Most manufacturers produce their terminals from brass, which has a higher resistance than copper, as brass is significantly cheaper. With high current connections, it would be wise to use only true copper to ensure the best possible connection and conductivity. All FOUR Connect terminals for 20 mm² or larger cables are made of 100% copper. The connections are rhodium plated to ensure the reliability of the connection for many years. This package contains 5 black connectors that fit an M12 bolt and accept a 70-100 mm² cable.
