S1-Fabric is a versatile insulation material designed for effective reduction of airborne noise and thermal insulation in car interiors. It features a dense, flexible structure and an integrated pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) layer, ensuring easy application on flat, contoured, or complex geometries.

This material is optimized for dry interior areas and is often used in applications such as floor panels, trunks, inner wheel arches, and roof linings. Its fibrous composition ensures broad acoustic damping performance, particularly effective at medium and high frequencies.

Key features: high permeability, mechanical abrasion resistance, and dimensional stability. FOUR S1-Fabric is non-toxic, odor-neutral, free from allergenic compounds, and complies with environmental protection standards for automotive interior components.

Technical data

Basic rules for installation:

• Thorougly prepare the surface for treatment:
remove standard sound insulation materials,
degrease the surface.

• The materials do not require additional heating. Installation should
be proceeded at an ambient temperature at least +10℃ / 50 °F

• The materials should be pressed with a roller to the
corresponding areas of the car body thoroughly,
preventing air bubbles formation
