S2-WAVEFLEX is an effective pyramid pattern damping mat designed to eliminate disturbing resonances caused by structures. S2-WAVEFLEX is also a very flexible material.

S2-WAVEFLEX adapts to the surrounding structure and fills the space behind the panel. The material attempts to return to its original shape, pressing against structures and effectively reducing excessive sound transmission and vibration.

The mat starts to damp sound from low frequencies (around 100 Hz) and works particularly well at higher frequencies (above 500 Hz).

The product is ideal for vehicles and other structures where vibration or resonance occurs. It is an effective solution for reducing noise disturbances in doors, roofs, dashboards, and various support structures, for example.

Basic rules for installation:

• Thoroughly prepare the surface for treatment:
remove standard sound insulation materials,
degrease the surface.

• The materials do not require additional heating. Installation should
be proceeded at an ambient temperature at least +10℃ / 50 °F

• The materials should be pressed with a roller to the
corresponding areas of the car body thoroughly,
preventing air bubbles formation
