INFORMACIJA

The cast frame, High-roll sandwich surround and the heavy magnet are the first things you notice about this subwoofer. When you take a closer look, you’ll see other details that help make this driver a great performer. The reinforced paper cone with an ultra-stiff dust cap is double stitched to the surround. Voice coil cooling is done through a large tunnel in the pole piece and with cooling vents in the frame. The voice coil is 3″ in diameter and wound with OFC wire. Push-type terminals hold the cables firmly and the Polycot spider can handle high X-max.

You can’t see all the things that are important, and the most important of the invisible is Klippel optimization. The Klippel device is used to monitor all parts of the subwoofer over a 10+ hour torture test. During the test, the speaker's power handling capability is truly put to the test, by delivering up to 4 times more than the driver was designed to handle. The purpose of this torture is to find the weakest points of the prototypes and strengthen them for the final product.
