HELIX CFMK165 AUD.1 (FDM)
FlexMount is our patented mounting system based on specially designed adapter rings.
These adapters transform your universal 6.5″ / 165 mm HELIX COMPOSE midbass with FlexMount165 technology into a vehicle-specific speaker, allowing for easy and acoustically optimized installation in the car's original mounting location.
The adapters are manufactured in our factory using state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing technology. The special material is perfectly suited for automotive applications and offers extremely high strength and stiffness properties. Thanks to its special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are particularly resistant to weathering, UV radiation, oils, and greases. Furthermore, they cover a particularly wide automotive temperature range from -40° C to over +90° C, guaranteeing durability and dimensional stability even under the most demanding conditions.
