FlexMount is our patented mounting system based on specially designed adapter rings.
These adapters transform your universal 6.5″ / 165 mm HELIX COMPOSE midbass with FlexMount165 technology into vehicle-specific loudspeakers, allowing for easy and acoustically optimized installation in the vehicle's original mounting location.
The adapters are manufactured in-house using a state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing process. The special material used is perfectly suited for automotive applications and offers exceptionally high strength and rigidity. Thanks to the special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are particularly resistant to weathering, UV radiation, oils, and greases. Furthermore, they cover an exceptionally wide automotive temperature range from -40° C to over +90° C, which guarantees durability and dimensional stability even under the most demanding conditions.
