HELIX CFMK165 FOR.1 (FDM)
FlexMount is our patented mounting system based on specially designed adapter rings.
These adapters transform your universal 6.5″ / 165 mm HELIX COMPOSE midbass with FlexMount165 technology into vehicle-specific speakers, allowing for easy and acoustically optimized installation in the car's original mounting location.
The adapters are manufactured in-house using a state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing process. The special material used is perfectly suited for automotive requirements and features particularly high strength and stiffness. Thanks to the special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are particularly resistant to weather, UV radiation, oils, and greases. In addition, they cover an exceptionally wide automotive temperature range from -40° C to over +90° C, guaranteeing durability and dimensional stability even under the most demanding conditions.
