HELIX CFMK165 MB.1 (FDM)
FlexMount is our patented mounting system, based on specially developed adapter rings.
These adapters transform your universal 6.5″ / 165 mm HELIX COMPOSE midbass with FlexMount165 technology into a car-specific speaker, allowing for easy and acoustically optimized installation in the car's original mounting location.
The adapters are manufactured in our factory using state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing process. The special material is perfectly suited for automotive applications and offers particularly high strength and rigidity properties. Due to the special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are particularly resistant to weather, UV radiation, oils and greases. In addition, they cover an extremely wide automotive temperature range from -40° C to over +90° C, which guarantees durability and dimensional stability even under the most demanding conditions.
