HELIX CFMK165 VW.2 (FDM)
FlexMount is our patented mounting system based on specially designed adapter rings.
These adapters transform your universal 6.5″ / 165 mm HELIX COMPOSE midbass with FlexMount165 technology into a vehicle-specific speaker, allowing for easy and acoustically optimized installation in the original vehicle mounting location.
The adapters are manufactured in our factory using the most advanced FDM 3D printing process. The special material is perfectly suited for automotive applications and offers exceptionally high strength and rigidity properties. Thanks to its special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are particularly resistant to weathering, UV radiation, oils and greases. In addition, they cover an exceptionally wide range of automotive temperatures from -40° C to over +90° C, which guarantees durability and dimensional stability even under the most demanding conditions.
