HELIX CFMK165 VW.7 (FDM)
FlexMount is our patented mounting system based on specially developed adapter rings.
These adapters transform your universal 6.5″ / 165 mm HELIX COMPOSE midbass speakers with FlexMount165 technology into car-specific loudspeakers, enabling easy and acoustically optimized installation in the original mounting location.
The adapters are manufactured in-house using a state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing process. The special material used is perfectly adapted to the requirements of the automotive industry and offers extremely high strength and rigidity properties. Thanks to the special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are particularly resistant to weathering, UV radiation, oils and greases. In addition, they withstand an extremely wide automotive temperature range from -40° C to over +90° C, which guarantees durability and dimensional stability even under the most demanding conditions.
