HELIX CFMK200 AUD.1 (FDM)
FlexMount is our patented mounting system based on specially developed adapter rings.
These adapters transform your universal 8″ / 200 mm HELIX COMPOSE woofer with FlexMount200 technology into a car-specific speaker, allowing for easy and acoustically optimized installation in the car's original mounting location.
The adapters are manufactured in our factory using state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing process. The special material is perfectly suited for automotive applications and boasts exceptionally high strength and stiffness properties. Due to the special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are particularly resistant to weathering, UV radiation, oils, and greases. Furthermore, they cover an exceptionally wide automotive temperature range from -40° C to over +90° C, guaranteeing longevity and dimensional stability even under the most demanding conditions.
