HELIX CFMK200 LEX.1 (FDM)
FlexMount is our patented mounting system, based on specially developed adapter rings.
These adapters convert your universal 8″ / 200 mm HELIX COMPOSE woofers with FlexMount200 technology into vehicle-specific loudspeakers, allowing for easy and acoustically optimized installation in the original mounting location.
The adapters are manufactured in-house using a state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing process. The special material used is perfectly suited for automotive requirements and boasts particularly high strength and rigidity properties. Thanks to the specific material properties, our FlexMount adapters are extremely resistant to weathering, UV radiation, oils and greases. Furthermore, they withstand an extremely wide automotive temperature range from -40° C to over +90° C, which guarantees durability and dimensional stability even under the toughest conditions.
