HELIX CFMK200 POR.1 (FDM)

FlexMount is our patented mounting system based on specially developed adapter rings.
These adapters transform your universal 8″ / 200 mm HELIX COMPOSE woofers with FlexMount200 technology into a car-specific speaker, allowing for easy and acoustically optimized installation in the car's original mounting position.

The adapters are produced in our factory using state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing. The special material is perfectly suited for automotive applications and boasts exceptionally high strength and rigidity. Thanks to its special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are particularly resistant to weather, UV radiation, oils, and greases. Furthermore, they cover an exceptionally wide automotive temperature range from -40°C to over +90°C, which guarantees durability and dimensional stability even under the most demanding conditions.
