HELIX CFMK200 POR.1 (FDM)
FlexMount is our patented mounting system, based on specially developed adapter rings.
These adapters turn your universal 8″ / 200 mm HELIX COMPOSE woofer with FlexMount200 technology into a vehicle-specific speaker, allowing for easy and acoustically optimized installation in the original car mounting location.
The adapters are produced in-house using a state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing process. The special material used is perfectly suited for automotive applications and offers exceptionally high strength and rigidity properties. Due to the special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are extremely resistant to weathering, UV radiation, oils and greases. In addition, they withstand an extremely wide temperature range from -40° C to over +90° C, which guarantees durability and dimensional stability even under the most demanding conditions.
