HELIX CFMK200 POR.6 (FDM)
FlexMount is our proprietary mounting system based on specially designed adapter rings.
These adapters transform your universal 8″ / 200 mm HELIX COMPOSE woofer with FlexMount200 technology into a vehicle-specific loudspeaker, allowing for easy and acoustically optimized installation in the original car mounting location.
The adapters are manufactured in-house using state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing. The special material used is perfectly suited for automotive applications and boasts exceptionally high strength and rigidity. Thanks to its special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are particularly resistant to weathering, UV radiation, oils, and greases. Furthermore, they withstand an exceptionally wide automotive temperature range from -40° C to over +90° C, guaranteeing durability and dimensional stability even under the most demanding conditions.
