HELIX CFMK200 TES.1 (FDM)
FlexMount is our patented mounting system, based on specially developed adapter rings.
These adapters transform your universal 8″ / 200 mm HELIX COMPOSE woofer with FlexMount200 technology into a vehicle-specific speaker, allowing for easy and acoustically optimized installation in the car's original mounting location.
The adapters are produced in-house using a state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing process. The special material used is perfectly suited for automotive applications and boasts exceptionally high strength and rigidity properties. Thanks to the special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are particularly resistant to weather, UV radiation, oils, and greases. Furthermore, they withstand an extremely wide automotive temperature range from -40° C to over +90° C, which guarantees durability and dimensional stability even under the most demanding conditions.
