HELIX CFMK200 UNI.1 (FDM)
FlexMount is our patented mounting system, based on specially developed adapter rings.
These rings enable easy and acoustically optimised installation in the original mounting location.

The adapters are manufactured in-house using a state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing process. The special material used is perfectly suited for automotive applications and is characterised by particularly high strength and rigidity properties. Due to the special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are extremely resistant to weathering, UV radiation, oils and greases. In addition, they withstand an extremely wide automotive temperature range from -40° C to more than +90° C, which guarantees durability and dimensional stability even under the most demanding conditions.
