HELIX CFMK200 VW.2 (FDM)
FlexMount is our patented mounting system, based on specially developed adapter rings.
These adapters transform your universal 8″ / 200 mm HELIX COMPOSE woofers with FlexMount200 technology into vehicle-specific loudspeakers, allowing for easy and acoustically optimized installation in the original mounting location.

The adapters are manufactured in-house using a state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing process. The special material used is perfectly tailored to the requirements of the automotive industry and offers exceptionally high strength and rigidity. Thanks to its special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are extremely resistant to weathering, UV radiation, oils and greases. In addition, they withstand an extremely wide automotive temperature range from -40° C to over +90° C, which guarantees durability and dimensional stability even under the most demanding conditions.
