With the HELIX Digital Input Module (HDM), your HELIX amplifier goes digital. This module expands HELIX amplifiers with an integrated HDM socket connection by providing one optical digital stereo input. This allows for completely interference-free and ground-independent signal transmission in the highest quality directly to the amplifier. The module processes digital audio signals with a sampling rate of up to 96 kHz, without loss of quality, via optical cable and converts them back to analog level using state-of-the-art BurrBrown DA converters.

But that's not all - to maximize the amplifier's performance and avoid any input stage effects, the SPDIF Direct In function can be used. It allows the audio signal from the HDM module to be routed directly and without any deviations to the amplifier's output stages.

This module makes your HELIX amplifier a future-proof device, perfectly prepared to work with our digital signal processors.
