DESCRIPTION

Music fans who attend live concerts know well the emotions that low undistorted frequencies without dynamic compression can arouse. For this reason, the HertzAudioVideo R&D created the ML 2000.3 Legend car audio subwoofer. During the long development phase of these car audio speakers, the designers set themselves just one ambitious goal: to transfer the emotions of a live performance to the car environment. Thanks to a completely renewed design, ML2000.3 car audio subwoofers have an extremely compact size and are optimized to play in enclosures with reduced boxes. This choice of design combines two requirements hard to achieve up to now: reference performance and ease of installation.

1. Extraordinary large neodymium magnet, optimized with FEA simulations, to ensure magnetic field stability even under high excursion.
2. Very low carbon content CNC machined plates, for maximum magnetic permeability and low distortion at high power levels.
3. Voice coil internal magnet with high size / performance ratio, for maximum efficiency.
4. CCAW, 100 mm (4”) voice coil, capable of handling 1400 W musical power, keeping the working temperature very low, reducing dynamic compression to the minimum.
5. Voice coil wound with In/Out method, for even cooling of the different coil layers.
6. Voice coil wound on TIL former: this material made from fiberglass combines the heat dissipation properties of aluminum with the stiffness of Polyamide composites, for a no-compromise acoustic performance.
7. Central pole featuring "Aluminum Shorting Ring", for minimum distortion and maximum extension at low frequency.
8. "Boundary Free" IIR rubber surround, for higher SPL performance than other subwoofers with the same external diameter.
9. Exponential V-cone® with optimized geometry for high cone stiffness and strong resistance to deformation even at maximum excursions.
10. Mineral-injected paper cone, for superior rigidity and damping.
11. Very acoustically transparent anti-resonant aluminum alloy basket featuring six-spoke self-standing structure and built-in venting holes underneath the spider.
12. CNC machined elegant diamond-cut basket edge featuring the Hertz logo.
13. Ergonomic, ultra-compact design, with array of electro-acoustic parameters optimized for sealed box application with 10 – 17 lt volume.

Very professional work and an excellent result. They installed a sound system in a Mercedes Viano camper, and the acoustics and sound detail are now on a completely different level! It's almost on par with what I hear at home from quality speakers. The subwoofer is perfectly chosen, just right for my taste. Everything was done extremely carefully, with no extraneous noises or plastic rattling, and the wiring and integration are flawless. True professionals in their field, I recommend them.

I upgraded the original audio system in my Alfa Romeo SUV. We started with sound insulation and front door speakers with an amplifier. We finished with an additional amplifier with DSP and professional tuning :) The result exceeded all expectations. I've been using it for a year now and don't want to get out of the car :) The work was done super PRO. When questions or options came up along the way, they discussed them with me, consulted and advised. The best investment and modification I've ever made to a car, and I don't regret a single euro. Highly recommend

Verry good experience. A good price for the equipment, a pretty big price for the delivery to my country (Romania), but verry fast deliverry!

I had sound and vibration insulation installed in the doors, wheel arches, trunk, and under the rear seat. The result was really noticeable. BMW g31
