The Nota 5 is an elegant floorstanding design that continues the legacy of its immensely popular predecessor, the 550X model. The designers have succeeded in imparting an even more musical and immediate sonic character. The implementation of a front-firing bass-reflex port makes the Nota 5 exceptionally easy to position – it can be placed close to a wall without concern. Two 150 mm mid-bass drivers operate in an optimized two-way configuration, ensuring remarkable cohesion, sonic purity, and rendering an expansive, highly impressive soundstage.

A new take on classic elegance
The latest iteration of the Nota series captivates with a simple yet refined form factor that seamlessly blends into various interiors. The loudspeakers feature side panels finished in an elegant natural or black oak veneer. The remaining cabinet walls are coated in a scratch- and smudge-resistant matte black finish. Subtly rounded side edges lend the enclosure a sense of lightness, accentuating its classic, minimalist style. The aesthetic is perfectly rounded off by a clean front baffle featuring trim rings that elegantly conceal the mid-bass drivers’ mounting hardware.

Refined drivers
Meticulously engineered drivers are responsible for the sound of this Indiana Line floorstanding loudspeaker. High frequencies are entrusted to a 26 mm fabric dome tweeter equipped with a powerful neodymium magnet and a radial damping chamber. The tweeter is housed within a custom waveguide, which improves sound dispersion and allows for seamless integration with the mid-bass drivers. The mid-woofer cones are crafted from a mica and polypropylene blend, a material renowned from the higher-tier Tesi series. This compound, combined with an optimized upper roll surround, ensures high precision, excellent detail retrieval, and a crystal-clear midrange.
