• The entire body is lined from the inside with Comfort Mat Spider 3.5 mm vibration insulation
• The second layer (everywhere except the cabin) is Comfort Mat Integra 6 mm - for additional noise absorption
• Fenders are internally finished in Comfort Mat Titan 8 mm
• All cavities are covered with 4-6 layers of felt for maximum sound absorption.
• The ceiling is insulated similarly to the body – Spider + Integra
• The cabin area is insulated with Spider, and the second layer is much stronger Comfort Mat Raptor 4 mm.
• Front door: Spider + Comfort Mat Blockshot 8 mm
• The arches are covered with Comfort Mat Titan 8 mm on the outside. All seams are additionally connected with assembly glue to prevent the materials from shifting and separating. The processed areas are additionally sprayed with Gravitex, which forms a strong, rubber-plastic layer, resistant to moisture, stones and mechanical impact.
• Mirrors with Tsunami additionally insulated from the outside
• The front fenders are also covered in Tsunami material.
• Fully insulated cabin shoulder, which stands under the floor and transmits sound with air into the cabin:
  -Vibration isolation - Spider
  -Second layer - Integra
  -Processed seams
  -The surface is coated with Gravitex to protect against pebbles and environmental influences
• Additional soundproofing of the engine compartment - machined covers and all plastic parts

Result

After the work was done, the Sprinter became significantly quieter, road, engine and air noise were reduced, vibrations disappeared, and overall driving and working comfort rose to a completely different level. This is the solution for those looking for maximum silence and a professional result.
