Technics SA-C600, a high-end CD network player

The SA-C600 uses a fully digital amplifier that employs Technics' renowned digital audio technology. A digital transmission system processes signals digitally at all stages, from input to output. Compared to analog transmission, this system is less susceptible to signal degradation due to external noise, resulting in more accurate signal transmission. Accurate signal processing not only delivers high-resolution digital sound, but also conveys the smooth texture characteristic of analog recordings.

Power supply design is especially important for audio systems that include CD players, amplifiers, digital circuits, and other similar components. To eliminate negative effects on the amplifier, the SA-C600 uses a special power supply for the amplifier circuits, which is not connected to any other circuits and supplies power to two independent transformers. The wiring connections between these two transformers and the amplifier circuits are optimized to reduce noise.

To improve noise cancellation, the power supply for the JENO Engine clock circuit uses the same noise cancellation circuit used in the Technics SL-1000R turntable. This ensures perfect audio and video localization and transparent surround sound expression.

Built-in background equalizer supports MM cartridges. The background equalizer uses a dedicated power supply and has a power supply circuit that is separate from the control circuit for improved noise cancellation. The equalizer circuit features a shielded design that blocks the effects of external noise and ensures signal amplification without loss of resolution.

The SA-C600 uses the Space Tune function, which allows you to adjust the sound according to the environment and the location of the device, so that everyone can enjoy perfect music playback. Using the Technics Audio Centre* app for tablets/smartphones or selecting one of the four presets on the main unit - Freestanding, Wall, Corner and Shelf - the user can ensure the most suitable sound quality for a specific acoustic environment.
The "R/R Customization" function allows the user to set separate settings for the right and left speakers, so that the best sound quality can be enjoyed even if the speaker installation conditions are different.
