Neoline X-COP 9100s - This is a Hybrid device, a Video recorder with a GPS database and a radar detector. It features a unique Z-filter that reduces the number of false signals. It identifies and blocks false signals like car blind-spot detectors and similar. The key difference of this technology, compared to similar systems, is that the Z-signature filter does not block real police radars. EXCEPTIONAL DAY AND NIGHT FILMING QUALITY

Powerful Ambarella processor, multi-lens glass optics and Sony matrix ensure high-quality video recordings. A wide 135-degree viewing angle allows for four traffic lanes and road shoulders to be visible in the video. Automatic night mode helps to see all details in dark road areas. This mode is activated based on time settings in the menu.

UNIQUE EXD PLUS MODULE

The device has an integrated sensitive EXD Plus module, which ensures maximum distance in detecting police radars in K, Ka and M wave bands. This detector is particularly effective in Turbo mode, as it alerts about low-power radars pointed at the rear of the car, such as Gatso, Multanova 6F, Multa Radar, etc. Turbo mode will automatically activate when a certain speed is reached.

MULTARADAR (MULTA RADAR CD/CT) DETECTION

Neoline X-COP 9100s - is the world's first hybrid device that detects Multa Radar CD and CT. These radars are widely used in Europe. They have a unique signal structure, requiring a special platform for their detection. For user convenience, the device detects Multa Radar with a special M wave, so that the user is informed as accurately as possible which radar is being used.

RADAR MODULE DEACTIVATION

When developing the Neoline X-COP 9100s, we took into account the legislation of different countries regarding the use of radar detectors. Therefore, the radar module can be easily deactivated with a simple hand gesture, and the device will continue to function as a GPS informer. Additionally, this device has very effective protection against Spectre 4 and Spectre Elite Radar Detector Detectors (RDD) devices, also known as scanners, widely used in Europe.

Z FILTER

To eliminate false alerts, especially those caused by other cars' blind-spot sensors, Neoline has implemented a Z filter. Unlike similar filter technologies, this one does not simultaneously block real alerts about actual police radars.

INTERNATIONAL GPS DATABASE

Neoline devices have an integrated database of fixed radars, covering more than 100,000 radars worldwide (Europe, USA, Israel, Middle East, Turkey, Australia, etc.). The database is regularly updated on the manufacturer's website neoline.com. The hybrid has integrated GPS and GLONASS modules for faster and more accurate positioning.

 TRAFFIC FLOW CAMERAS

Neoline X-COP 9100s alerts about all traffic flow cameras and proactively warns about these types of controls:
- Driving in public transport lanes
- Radars detecting from the rear
- Driving out on a curve
- Driving through intersections/traffic lights
- Driving over pedestrian crossings

MOTION CONTROL

To mute audible alerts while keeping the radar module active, simply hold your hand in front of the hybrid's screen. Motion Control technology reacts to gestures and will reactivate the sound 6 seconds after the alert ends.

FREQUENCY SELECTION

The hybrid's menu includes a frequency selection function. Depending on the country where you will be using the hybrid, it will adjust settings for different frequency bands and more effectively filter out false alerts. For experienced users, detailed customization of the hybrid is possible, by adding and disabling certain frequencies using a configuration file.

NEW X-COP MODE

The new X-COP mode is closely linked to automatic switching of frequency ranges, sensitivity modes, and false alert filters, depending on vehicle speed.

SMART TRIP TRACK CAMERA PROCESSING

A unique feature of the Neoline X-COP 9100s is its smart Trip Track camera processing.
The algorithm installed in the hybrid informs you when you exit a monitored zone, warns about speeding, correctly processes other GPS points in the monitored zone, and so on.

K BAND SETTINGS

Experienced users can adjust K band settings based on knowledge of which frequencies law enforcement officers operate in the region used.
Wide – frequency from 23.900 to 24.250 GHz – standard setting to detect all police radars in K band.
Narrow – frequency from 24.050 to 24.195 GHz – to reduce the number of false alerts.
Super Narrow – frequency from 24.050 to 24.125 GHz – to minimize the number of false alerts.

K BAND DEACTIVATION IN CITY MODE

The user can deactivate the K band in city mode. This is relevant when driving in large cities where there are no mobile radar systems, but there are many false alerts. By deactivating the K band in city mode, you will only receive information from the GPS database. Don't forget to switch to highway or turbo mode when leaving the city.

 VOICE ALERTS FOR 45 TYPES OF POLICE RADARS

Neoline X-COP 9100s will report the type of police radar, the allowed speed for that section, provide information on the distance to the radar, and the average speed where it is measured.
The database includes 45 different types of radars. Each new radar is immediately added to the database and will be displayed after updating the database on the device.

SILENT AND DANGEROUS ZONES

You can add special zones to the hybrid's database. A silent zone is an area with a large number of false alerts. Such zones are often found near gas stations and stores with automatic doors.
A dangerous zone is an area where police radars are present and not yet marked in the database, heavily congested intersections, speed bumps, etc.
Once these locations are marked, the hybrid will instantly inform you next time. The radius of these zones can be set in the device's menu.

SPEED-BASED NOTIFICATIONS

GPS without audible alert - if the car's speed is lower than the allowed speed, no audible or voice alerts will be triggered with this parameter.
RD without audible alert – if this parameter is enabled and the car's speed is lower than the allowed speed, no alerts from the radio module will be announced.

ACTIVATING AND DEACTIVATING SPECIFIC GPS POINTS

The flexibility of settings allows you to enable or disable specific GPS points, such as traffic control posts, Trip Track system cameras, standard Strelka radars, inactive radars, and so on.

MAXIMUM SPEED

This function helps prevent you from exceeding your set speed limit. You set a speed limit, and when you exceed it, you receive an audio warning about the speeding. This function is not related to the GPS database and works without police radar detection.

GPS NOTIFICATION DISTANCE

The warning distance to radars in the GPS database can be set according to your preferences: 1) Based on the database value - the manufacturer assigns an appropriate value in meters for each camera in the GPS database, which is responsible for the warning. 2) According to this set value, each camera in the GPS database will be assigned a value - 300-900m. 3) Taking into account vehicle speed - the faster you drive, the greater the warning distance to the radar.

IPS SCREEN AND EASY TOUCH CONTROL

The Neoline X-COP 9100s features a new bright IPS screen that is perfectly legible from any angle.
The EASY TOUCH interface provides the ability to view and manage video recordings. In detection mode, the user receives full information about:
- police radar type
- traffic control type
- distance to GPS point
- average speed
- speed limit
- incoming signal type
- signal strength
- current vehicle speed
- current time
- dangerous and silent zone

HIDDEN MOUNTING

Mounting the hybrid at the top of the windshield makes it almost unnoticeable from the outside. Additionally, the power cable connects directly to a compact holder with contacts. This makes it convenient to remove the device and avoids any vibrations when driving on uneven roads.

PARKING MODE

The Neoline X-COP 9100s can automatically switch to parking mode when you turn off the ignition. This function requires an active cigarette lighter socket or a special cable and direct connection to the car's power source.

DEMO MODE

For user convenience, demo mode shows the hybrid's functions (audio and voice alerts, on-screen indications).
The device will exit demo mode once all alerts and the indication cycle have been displayed.

Automatic Night mode helps to see all the details on the dark sections of the road. The mode is activated based on the time settings in the menu.

The device has an integrated ultrasensitive module EXD Plus, which provides maximal distance of police radar detection in K, Ka and M bands. The device is particularly effective in the Turbo mode, warning about low-power radars directed toward the back of the car, such as Gatso, Multanova 6F, Multa Radar, etc. Turbo mode will turn on automatically when a particular speed is reached.

MULTA RADAR CD/CT DETECTION

Neoline X-COP 9100s is the world’s first hybrid which detects Multa Radar CD and CT. This kind of radars is widely used in Europe. These radars have a unique signal structure requiring a specific platform for its detection. For the user’s convenience the device detects Multa Radar in a special M band, so that the user will be warned of such radar.

SWITCHING OFF THE RADAR MODULE

Creating the Neoline X-COP 9100s, we took into account the legislation limitations of different countries regarding the use of radar detectors. Thereby, the radar unit can be easily disconnected by simple hand movement and the device will continue to work as a GPS informer. Additionally the device has a highly effective protection against Spectre 4 and Spectre Elite RDD devices, widely used in Europe.

Z-SIGNATURE FILTER

To eliminate false alerts, particularly from the blind spot detection sensors of other cars, Neoline's own development is used - Z-signature filter. Unlike similar technologies there is no false blocking of real police radars.

           WORLDWIDE GPS DATABASE

Neoline devices have built-in radar and camera database which includes data of more than one hundred thousand radars around the world (Europe, USA, Israel, Middle East, Turkey, Australia, etc.). The database is updated regularly on neoline.com. The hybrid has built-in GPS and GLONASS modules for the fastest and most accurate locating.

TRAFFIC CONTROL CAMERAS

Neoline X-COP 9100s notifies about all traffic control cameras and warns in advance about such types of control as:
- Driving on a public transport lane
- Radars detecting «in the back»
- Driving out on a curve
- Driving on a crossroads / traffic light
                             - Driving on a pedestrian crossing

MOTION CONTROL

To turn the audio and voice alerts off when approaching the radar, one must simply hold a hand in front of the hybrid screen. The Motion Control technology reacts to gestures and will turn on the sound again in 6 seconds after the notification is complete.

                            FREQUENCY SELECTION

The hybrid’s menu contains a frequency selection function. Depending on the country of use, the hybrid changes the detection settings in different frequency ranges, and also cuts off false signals more effectively. For expert users, a detailed adjustment of the hybrid is possible, up to and including the disconnection of particular frequencies within the K and Ka ranges, using the Setup file.

NEW X-COP MODE

The new X-COP mode is closely interrelated with automatic switching of frequency ranges, sensitivity modes and false responses filters, depending on the speed of the car.

                               INTELLIGENT PROCESSING OF TRIP TRACK CAMERAS

A distinctive feature of Neoline X-COP 9100s is the intelligent processing of Trip Track cameras.
The algorithm installed in the hybrid sounds an alert when you leave the monitored area, notifies about speeding, correctly processes other GPS-points in the controlled area, etc.

Experienced user can adjust K band based on knowledge of the frequencies in which police radars work in the region of use.

VOICE NOTIFICATION ABOUT 45 POLICE RADAR TYPES

Neoline X-COP 9100s will notify about a police radar type, allowed speed for the road segment, provide information about distance to a radar and average speed (in case of detection of «Trip track»).
Database includes 45 different radar types. Every new radar is promptly added to the database and is available in new updates.

SILENT AND DANGEROUS ZONE

You can add special zones into the hybrid. Silent zone – a zone with a big number of false responses. Such zones are often located close to petrol stations and shops with automatic doors.
Dangerous zone – a zone which includes location of police radars (if they are not stored in current database), busy intersection, speed bumps, etc.
The next time in this place a hybrid will promptly notify you with an alert signal. The radius of the zones can be set in the device menu.

SPEED BASED NOTIFICATIONS

GPS without sound alert – in case the car speed is lower than speed limit in this parameter, sound and voice alerts for radars from the GPS database will not be made.
RD without sound alert – in case the car speed is lower than speed limit in this parameter, sound and voice alerts for radars will not be made by the radio module.

SWITCHING ON OF SPECIFIC GPS POINTS

Settings flexibility allows to switch on and off specific GPS points like traffic control posts, "Trip track" system cameras, standard Strelka radars, dummy radar complexes and so on.

                     MAXIMUM SPEED

This function helps not to exceed speed limit you set. You set the speed and when you exceed it, you get the audio warning on overspeeding. This function isn’t connected with GPS base and works without any police radar detection.

                            GPS NOTIFICATIONS DISTANCE

Alert Message Distance to police radars in GPS base may be set due to your preferences: 1) According to the database value – the manufacturer assigns a due value in meters to each cam in GPS base responsible for the alert. 2) According to this value set in the settings each cam in GPS base will be assigned an optional value: 300 m – 900 m. 3) Per a motor car current velocity – the more your velocity is, the more distance you’re aware about police radar.

IPS DISPLAY AND EASY TOUCH INTERFACE

Neoline X-COP 9100s has a new bright IPS display that is perfectly readable from any angle of view.
EASY TOUCH interface provides opportunity of viewing and managing of video recordings. In the detection mode, user gets full information about:

HIDDEN INSTALLATION TYPE

Placing a hybrid at the top edge of the windshield makes it almost invisible from the outside. Along with this the power cable is connected directly to a compact mount with power charging Smart Click Plus. This allows you to avoid any vibration when driving on a dirt road.

                       PARKING MODE

Neoline X-COP 9100s can automatically switch to parking mode when the engine is stopped.
This requires a special cable and direct connection of the hybrid to the car’s power supply.

                              DEMO MODE

For the user’s convenience, a DEMO mode demonstrates the hybrid’s functions (sound and voice alerts, indications on the screen).
The device will exit the DEMO mode after all notifications and indications cycle will be finished.
