VW Multivan (2020m) - Sound system and full soundproofing

A comprehensive sound system project was implemented for this Multivan, including both the installation of high-quality audio equipment and complete soundproofing of the car, while maintaining maximum functionality and comfort for everyday use.

Work completed

  • Podiums in the rear pillars have been made and Focal 13 cm components have been installed
  • Tweeter podiums are installed in the front pillars
  • Front-mounted Focal KX series speakers create a clear and precise soundstage
  • Built-in subwoofer between the front seats with Ground Zero speaker
  • A special cutout for the handbrake is made in the sub's body to ensure full ease of use.
  • The entire car has been soundproofed , significantly reducing noise and vibrations.
  • Installed HELIX P SIX DSP processor amplifier , controlling the entire system
  • HELIX P ONE monoblock integrated for bass amplification

Result

After the work was done, the Multivan became significantly quieter, and the sound system has a powerful, balanced and clearly controlled sound, perfectly suited for both the driver and passengers.
