Internal microphones continuously measure your ear canal and listening conditions, ensuring a pure reference sound for the best listening result. Yamaha Listening Optimizer uses an internal microphone to measure the seal and air leakage from different ear shapes every 20 seconds. Playback is optimized in real-time to correct the difference between the source and actual listening conditions, delivering sound tailored to the individual listener.

Remove the noise, not my music
Yamaha's unique noise-cancelling technology never interferes with the audio source, removing only noise and expressing the purest audio signal. Internal microphones listen to the combination of music and noise signals, separating the processing of background noise and music signals. This is achieved by isolating the two signals from each other with a new, unique algorithm. The signal collected by the internal microphone analyzes the noise, calculating what should be removed from the music signal being played back to eliminate only the noise. This means that the music signal is not unnecessarily processed, maintaining the purity of the music.

Bring it closer, don't turn up the volume
Listening Care aims to optimize the audio balance based on a static (unchanged) volume setting on your device. The YH-E700A takes a real-time, adaptive approach that uses data from the past 5 seconds, calculating the average volume level every 0.7 ms. The correction applied via the 4-band EQ is adaptive, taking into account the average volume level. Thus, optimization is realized with significantly greater accuracy, constantly considering the loudness of the content. In addition, to achieve a more natural effect, the correction parameters are applied slowly over time. Your listening experience.
