UNI-IR.3 - universal infrared (IR) wave steering wheel control adapter. With this adapter, you can control any aftermarket head unit with analog steering wheel controls. The only condition is that the head unit you want to control must have a remote control according to which the adapter is "trained" to control the head unit. In this case, you can control the head unit even if it does not have a steering wheel control input. The adapter is compatible with most IR remote control systems operating at 36-40KHz, with the exception of Sony HiR models. UNI-IR.3 supports analog cars and allows programming up to 10 buttons on the steering wheel. Once the adapter is "trained", all data is saved in flash memory, so all settings remain even after switching off the ignition. |
