INFORMACIJA

WEFA Bluetooth/USB/SD adapter for VOLKSWAGEN, AUDI, SKODA, SEAT

The MP3 file format has long been established as the standard for digital recordings.

Files in this format dominate on computers, MP3 players, smartphones, etc., so many drivers want to listen to MP3 files in their cars as well. In the latest car models, factory head units already support MP3 CDs or even have a USB port. However, it is not possible for owners of older cars to listen to MP3 music without replacing the factory head unit. In such cases, there is an excellent solution: a USB/SD/BT adapter. This device connects to the factory head unit via the CD changer port and acts as a virtual CD changer. The USB adapter preserves the full functionality of the head unit and its steering wheel controls (if available) and is operated just like a regular CD changer. Furthermore, any external audio sources can be connected to the adapter via the AUX input.

Key features:

• Ability to answer and end calls using the FF (Fast Forward) button.

• Stream music from Bluetooth devices (phone, computer, etc.)

• Can connect any device with a 3.5mm AUX jack (phone, MP3 player).

• The audio signal is transmitted to the head unit via cables, ensuring sound quality that is significantly lost when using any FM modulator

• The USB adapter is controlled by standard head unit buttons or steering wheel controls (if available)

• Last position memory is retained, so playback continues from where it was interrupted

• The head unit display shows the file number and playback time

• The adapter does not require additional external power

• Devices that support charging (mobile phones, MP3 players, etc.) can be charged via the USB port

• Extremely simple installation procedure

• The USB adapter is installed out of sight, preserving the factory appearance of the car interior and minimizing the risk of theft

• The USB extension cable is routed to a location convenient for the driver

• No signs of the adapter remain after removal
