The Atlantis Lab AT21C meets the expectations of home theater enthusiasts by offering the perfect balance between definition, immersion, and performance. Directly derived from the AT21 bookshelf speaker, it delivers a neutral and dynamic sound reproduction.

Appealing specifications

The AT21C is a two-way speaker featuring three drivers. The high frequencies are handled by a 1-inch titanium diaphragm compression driver, coupled with an “Atmos”-profile horn. The mid-bass is managed by a duo: a 21 cm driver on the front and a 13 cm driver at the rear. Their combination and positioning intelligently balance high efficiency, compact size, transparent filtering, and surprisingly extended bass response. The front driver is high-efficiency and equipped with an ultra-light paper diaphragm, offering striking transparency. At the rear, the smaller woofer reaches very low frequencies thanks to a structurally low resonance. In practice, the AT21C genuinely achieves 35 Hz (-1 dB). This center channel is the ideal companion for Atlantis Lab floorstanding speakers and, optionally, a SUBAT33 or SUBAT54 subwoofer. Its sensitivity of 96 dB/1W/1m is impressive for its size and frequency range. With a nominal power handling of 250 Watts, it can be paired effortlessly with virtually any amplifier, whether powerful or moderate.

A center speaker built for performance

The AT21C will naturally find its place beneath your television or projection screen. It is recommended to allow space behind the speaker due to the active rear driver. The faux leather finish is beautifully executed: the grain is subtle, the tension perfect, and the ash-brown or white color options are particularly timeless and elegant. The oak side panels are crafted with multiple bevels and grooves, providing extra rigidity and damping unwanted resonances. The rear binding post has been manufactured in France to exclusive specifications. It is finely crafted from a high-conductivity copper alloy, offering firm and easy clamping. It accepts bananas, spades, and bare wire. The horn throat is discreet and perfectly integrated into the front panel. Overall, the design is well executed and can integrate seamlessly into furniture or be placed on a dedicated ATStand (available individually).
